Dr. Monteith serves on the editorial board for the American Migraine Foundation and the American Academy of Neurology’s (AAN) Brain & Life magazine. That group formalized into the Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy, where Eileen is a founding board member. After graduating from Stanford University, Eileen worked as a critical care unit nurse for many years & a disaster nurse specialist for the American Red Cross since 1998.
